Stephanie Rosenthal
President and Chief Operating Officer
(click for larger photo) Stephanie runs the day-to-day operations of Pyron Solar and has over 15 years of manufacturing experience including manufacturing UV/Electronic systems with focus on efficient automotive manufacturing solutions. Prior to Pyron Solar, Stephanie led the development of efficient, high quality and low cost production methods of premium commercial UV-radiation systems. She participated in a two year executive leadership program sponsored by Volkswagen. Stephanie holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of Aachen, Germany, a BBA from the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce and a BA from the Professional College of Business Administration, Aachen, Germany.

Dr. Duncan Earl
Chief Technology Officer
(click for larger photo) Duncan directs Pyron Solar’s global research efforts in increasing efficiency and achieving the lowest LCOE in the industry. He has spent the past 15 years working with Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) as an optical researcher. At ORNL he oversees the development of solar and other opto-electro-mechanical technologies for various Department of Energy and Department of Defense programs. Duncan was the founder and CTO of Sunlight Direct, Inc., formed in 2004 in Oak Ridge, TN. Sunlight Direct was spun-out of ORNL that commercialized a patented platform technology from ORNL that tracks, collects and concentrates sunlight. Duncan holds a B.S. degree in Engineering Physics, a M.S. degree in Physics and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Joe Bentley
Chief Engineer
(click for larger photo) Joe has over 30 years of experience managing and engineering the implementation of technological solutions for oil and gas, environmental and construction projects. Joe holds several patents and previously worked for NASA Flight Research Center in Edwards, California. Joe was designing a Concentrated Photovoltaic (CPV) system back in the late 1970s. Joe graduated from Victor Valley College (Aerospace Engineering Program) with an Electronics and Astronautics Degree and from the University of California Santa Barbara with a certificate in Environmental Management.

Dan Parsons
Project Engineer
(click for larger photo) Dan manages the mechanical design, development and implementation through all phases of the company’s products from design conception to site layout and construction. Dan also serves as our liaison and primary technical point of contact for all vendors and customers. Dan holds a degree in Drafting and Design, Construction Management, as well as certifications from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. He has over 10 years of experience with commercial and residential construction projects.

Dennis Boster
Manufacturing Engineer
(click for larger photo) Dennis has over 30 years of experience in design, production tooling and build processes in the solar and medical device industry. He has an in depth understanding of a diverse range of materials utilized in the Pyron Solar system (e.g. aluminum alloys, stainless steel alloys, engineering polymers, composites, etc.). Dennis effectively influences the product design to ensure compliance with tooling, operating specifications and customer and company standards requirements.

Elizabeth Ederer
Engineering and Quality Technician
(click for larger photo) Elizabeth assists the engineering team in R&D, production and installation of the Pyron Solar system and equipment. Her responsibilities include all aspects of Quality Control as well as maintaining records for receiving, in-process and final inspection. Elizabeth has worked in Quality Control and Manufacturing for over 20 years including the manufacturing of research test equipment (S.Qu.I.D.s) installed on the NASA Research Space Station. Elizabeth is also pursuing her studies in Electronics and attaining her BA in Science and Technology.
